The following dates have been selected for new Hire Testing for EMT-Basics, Intermediates and Paramedics.
 
May 2, 2008 @ 9am
June 3, 2008 @ 9am
August 5, 2008 @ 9am

To RSVP for a testing you must submit an application to the HR Department along with when you would like to test.  All paramedics and full time intermediates please contact us directly if you are not able to make a testing date for other arrangements to be made.

MedicWest Ambulance has revamped the website to make it more user friendly for current employees, customers and potential job applicants.  Take a moment and look around the pages.  Please bear with us as we are still working on a few projects with the webpage so you may temporarily see some pages down for work.  If you come across any bugs please let us know.   We look forward to expanding the website to include video and more options for our viewers. 
 
We have also added a picture gallery.  If you have pictures you would like added to the website please email them to chris.stachyra@medicwest.com.

On November 9, 2006 KLAS-TV Channel 8 featured a story on the growing problem of hospital wait times in the Las Vegas Valley.    Channel 8 rode with paramedics Bryan Nagle and Julie Walters to experience firsthand the wait time issue.
